Founder + Account Executive

With over a decade of experience working alongside Whole Foods Market’s Category Management teams, Jenna has been at the forefront of launching hundreds of new products across multiple categories. Her expertise has helped some of the biggest brands at Whole Foods achieve significant success, with many earning prestigious Whole Foods Supplier of the Year Awards.

After 13 years at two of the largest natural foods brokers, Jenna transitioned to the brand side, spending a year managing the Whole Foods Market account at Seventh Generation.

Inspired by this experience, Jenna decided to take the next step and launch her own business—The Oak Group was born.

Riki Borden

Account Executive

Riki brings 14 years of retail management experience, having gained hands-on expertise in running multimillion-dollar stores before joining Whole Foods Market.

Over the past five years at Whole Foods, she has honed her skills in two key roles: three years as a Planogram Specialist and two years as an Associate Category Merchant, supporting the Meals and Essentials categories. This extensive experience has made her an expert in Merchandising Strategy, In-Stocks, and the intricate processes and data management systems at Whole Foods Market.

With her deep understanding of Whole Foods' operations and a proven track record of optimizing product placement and category performance, Riki is a powerhouse account executive. She leverages her insider knowledge to effectively represent our brands, ensuring they not only meet but exceed expectations within the Whole Foods ecosystem.

Kristine Arrambide

Key Account Manager

Over the last years as a broker, Kristine has led a sales team focused on natural independent stores, securing hundreds of placements across the U.S. Under her leadership, the brands she represents have experienced significant growth. Kristine excels in building strong relationships with both brands and buyers, using her expertise to connect suppliers with unique opportunities.

Her deep industry knowledge, combined with her strategic approach to sales, makes Kristine a standout account manager, effectively driving success for the brands she represents.

Alison Davenport

Operations Manager

Alison joins The Oak Group with a strong foundation in Business Administration, having supported startups across multiple areas of their operations.

As Operations Manager, Alison is the cornerstone of our administrative and accounting functions. She expertly manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, commission and deduction calculations, new brand onboarding, and contract coordination. Her precision and ability to streamline complex processes behind the scenes are key to keeping our business running smoothly and ensuring our continued success.

Data Analyst

Traci brings a wealth of experience from the staffing and consulting industry, where she and her team successfully managed staffing needs for some of Austin's leading tech giants.

As our in-house reporting expert, Traci is a master of Excel, transforming complex data into actionable insights. She manages our weekly reporting dashboards and handles ad hoc reporting requests with unmatched precision. Her ability to turn raw data into clear, strategic information is instrumental in driving our business forward, making her an indispensable part of our team.

Maggie Chase

Executive Assistant

Maggie joins The Oak Group with a strong background in tech sales for startup companies, fueled by a deep passion for food and the CPG industry. After transitioning from the fast-paced startup environment, she eagerly seized the opportunity to immerse herself in the natural retail space.

As an executive assistant, Maggie plays a crucial role in supporting the team and navigating the dynamic landscape of Whole Foods Market. This position allows her to not only contribute to the team's success but also deepen her expertise in the industry.
